Chris Romeo (and his team) exceeded my expectations when handling an auto accident case for me. He kept me informed, fought and negotiated for justice, and provided an acceptable outcome. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a qualified attorney with high character and integrity.

Every year thousands of people are seriously injured or killed in collisions with cars, trucks, tractor trailers, and other motor vehicles. Many of these auto and trucking accidents are caused by reckless drivers, drivers who fail to obey traffic laws and, in some instances, commercial drivers who fail to follow regulations. Our auto and trucking accident lawyers have the knowledge and skill to successfully represent victims of motor vehicle accidents.
As first-year law students at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Paul Thurmond, Jesse Kirchner and Michael Timbes quickly became friends. We had similar personalities, drive and interests. We also recognized in each other a commitment to hard work and professional ethics. It was only natural that we discussed opening a law practice together.
After graduating from law school, each attorney went his separate way, focusing on different aspects of the law. But, we never let go of the idea we would all work together, and in 2005, we formed Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A.
The practice has steadily grown to include 12 attorneys and a large support staff. The firm continues to handle a wide range of services, including: criminal defense, personal injury, construction law, business disputes, complex contract disputes, community association law, insurance bad faith claims, property disputes and appeals.
