The pain of losing a loved one is unimaginable, but for the families and friends of Arianna Gamber and Lizzy Zito it is a devastating reality. Both girls senselessly lost their lives after they were struck by two separate drivers while walking home. Now their families are fighting for the justice and accountability that every victim deserves.

Michael Timbes, Partner and co-founder of Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of the Estate of Arianna Gamber, alleging that the driver’s negligence, carelessness, and recklessness violated the duty of care required to legally operate vehicles, and further alleging there is evidence both drivers were under the influence of alcohol at the time. A jury trial for the wrongful death suit has been requested. Attorney Jonathan Altman has joined in the lawsuit on behalf of the Estate of Lizzy Zito.

Our hearts are with the Gamber and Zito families, and it is an honor to seek justice for this tragic loss.
